Return & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Eligible refunds will be issued as store credit only. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, makeup, pet hair, and have all original tags attached. Pink Coast Co. reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review each case individually and work toward a resolution. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
