Package Policy

At Pink Coast Co., we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please note that some items may be marked as pre-order and can require additional processing time before shipment. Once your package has been handed over to USPS or the selected shipping carrier, delivery is entirely managed by the carrier. Pink Coast Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues that occur after the carrier has accepted the shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Once a package has been scanned and accepted by USPS or another shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Pink Coast Co. is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Customers are encouraged to contact their local post office or shipping carrier directly to file claims or locate missing shipments.
