At Pink Coast Co., we want you to love your order as much as we loved packing it. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer cancellations or exchanges once an order has been placed. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, a refund in the form of store credit may be issued.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Pink Coast Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once packages are handed over to USPS, Pink Coast Co. is no longer liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages during transit. Slight variations in color, fit, or appearance are not considered defects. By placing an order with Pink Coast Co, you agree to these terms and policies.
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.
Please note that all preorder items are specially ordered and prepared just for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, preorder items may take approximately 6–9 weeks to process, pack, and ship depending on demand and supplier timing.
If your order includes both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your full order may ship together once all preorder items arrive unless otherwise stated.
